1° TERMOS GERAIS;
•|> Você NÃO tem permissão para usar minha arte como um NFT ou qualquer gerador de arte de IA.
•|> Caso queira algo em um estilo especifico exp: Semi realismo, chibi, arte em outros estilos é só específicar e mandar referências.
•|> Comissões destinadas ao uso comercial, como banners de lojas ou ícones de perfis comerciais, devem ser notificadas antes de começar!
•|> Seja claro com os detalhes de sua comissão para que não haja confusão.
•|> O arquivo finalizado será enviado em alta resolução via Google Drive ou e-mail.
•|> Caso eu não consiga entrar em contato com o comprador e o pagamento final já tiver sido realizado, a arte será postada em minhas redes sociais•
2° PAGAMENTO;
➥ Os reembolsos não podem ser emitidos para comissões concluídas.
•|> Aceito pagamentos via PayPal e pix.
•|> o desenho só é continuado após o aprovamento do rascunho e pagamento de 50%.
•|> O pagamento deverá ser feito 50% antes do início da arte ou depois do aprovamento do rascunho e 50% após a finalização da arte para que possa enviá-la (ou se preferir 100% adiantado)
•|> Os clientes que optarem por pagar o valor integral antes do início da obra terão prioridade na lista de espera.
•|> Tenho o direito de cancelar uma obra de arte e emitir um reembolso.
•|> NÃO remova minha assinatura, sem a minha permissão!
•|> Extras (pessoas, objetos...etc) terão um custo adicional de R$15-R$50

3° PROCESSO;
➥ Seja claro com suas alterações artísticas! Caso haja muitas alterações, eu tenho o direito de cobrar uma pequena taxa entre R$ 5 e R$ 20 (dependendo da complexidade)
•|> O cliente não poderá modificar o arquivo de comissão final sem minha autorização.
4° CANCELAMENTO/REEMBOLSO;
➥ se o pedido de cancelamento após o término do esboço, apenas 50% do valor será reembolsado
•|> se a pintura ou lineart já tiver sido iniciada, nenhum reembolso será emitido
•|> pedidos não iniciados, em caso de cancelamento o valor será reembolsado!

5° O COMISSÁRIO É PERMITIDO A:
➥ Usa a arte para uso pessoal.
•|> Imprimir a arte porém reivindique o direito ao seu personagem, mas não ao desenho em si.
•|> Usar a arte para se promover, mas por favor dê os créditos ao artista de acordo.
•|> Você pode utilizá-lo como banner ou capa de perfil de sua loja, mas com os devidos créditos.

6° O COMISSÁRIO NÃO É PERMITIDO A:
➥ Remover minhas assinaturas.
•|> Alterar arte sem minha assinatura.
•|> Receber crédito pela arte.
•|> usar minha arte como NFT ou gerador de IA.
•|> Reproduzir ou usar comercialmente arte protegida por direitos autorais, ganhando dinheiro com isso de qualquer forma sem meu consentimento.
7° PRAZO DE ENTREGA:
➥ o prazo de entrega é de 1/2 meses, porém posso entregar antes dependendo da complexidade ou até depois Devido a problemas, pode chegar a 3 meses esteje ciente disso antes de comprar comigo
•|> dependendo da complexidade o prazo pode aumentar.
•|> caso ocorra algum imprevisto que vá atrasar a arte irei entrar em contato para avisar e explicar a situação.
•|> sempre que puder vou atualizar o cliente sobre o processo

Terms of Service:

1st GENERAL TERMS;
•|> You are NOT allowed to use my art as an NFT or any AI art generator.
•|> If you want something in a specific style, for example: semi-realism, chibi, art in other styles, just specify and send references.
•|> Commissions intended for commercial use, such as store banners or business profile icons, must be notified before starting!
•|> Be clear with the details of your commission so there is no confusion.
•|> The finished file will be sent in high resolution via Google Drive or email.
•|> If I am unable to contact the buyer and the final payment has already been made, the art will be published on my social networks.
•|> 2nd PAYMENT;
➥ It is not possible to issue refunds for completed commissions.
•|> I accept payments via PayPal and pix.
•|> the giveaway only continues after the draft is approved and the 50% payment has been made. •|> Payment must be made 50% before the start of the artwork or after the draft is approved and 50% after the finished artwork so that it can be sent (or if you prefer 100% in advance)
•|> Clients who choose to pay the full amount before the start of the work will have priority on the waiting list.
•|> I have the right to cancel an artwork and issue a refund.
•|> DO NOT remove my signature without my permission!
•|> Extras (people, objects...etc) will have an additional cost of R$15-R$50

3rd PROCESS;
➥ Be clear with your artistic changes! If there are many changes, I have the right to charge a small fee between R$5 and R$20 (depending on the complexity)
•|> The client cannot modify the final commission file without my authorization.
4th CANCELLATION/REFUND;
➥ if the cancellation request is made after the sketch is ready, only 50% of the amount will be refunded
•|> if the painting or lineart has already been started, no refund will be issued
•|> orders not started, in case of cancellation the amount will be refunded!

➥ Use the art for personal use.
•|> Print the art, but claim the right to your character, but not to the drawing itself.
•|> Use the art to promote yourself, but please give due credit to the artist.
•|> You can use it as a banner or profile cover for your store, but with due credits.

➥ Remove my signatures.
•|> Change the art without my signature. •|> Receive credit for the art.
•|> Use my art as an NFT or AI generator.
•|> Reproduce or commercially use copyrighted art, profiting from it in any way without my consent.
7th DELIVERY TIME:
➥ The delivery time is 1/2 month, but I can deliver earlier depending on the complexity or even later. Due to issues, it can take up to 3 months, please be aware of this before purchasing from me.
•|> Depending on the complexity, the time may increase.
•|> If something unexpected happens that delays the art, I will contact you to notify and explain the situation. •|> whenever I can I will update the client about the process
